1. How long does it take to create my digital ultrasound order? 

Our team usually takes 1-8 hours to create and customize ultrasound orders, with the waiting period being primarily influenced by the order volume.

If we have fewer orders, we typically complete the process in less than 8 hours.

If it has been more than 8 hours and you haven't received your order, please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails end up there.

 

2. I have not yet received my digital order, and it has been more than 8 hours since I placed the order. How much longer should I expect to wait for its delivery?

 

If it has been more than 8 hours, please remember to check your spam folder as well, as occasionally our emails may end up there.

For users of iCloud Mail, kindly ensure that you go to your settings and verify if your iCloud Mail is enabled.

If your iCloud storage is full, it may cause issues with iCloud Mail not functioning properly or prevent you from receiving emails. Alternatively, you may provide an alternative email address (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) as a backup option.

 

3. If I am unable to wait for 1-8 hours, would it be possible to make an exception?

In such a scenario, please ensure you inform us in advance so that we can accommodate your request for an expedited order. Kindly refrain from placing your order before notifying us if you require an urgent delivery or are unable to wait for the standard 1-8 hour timeframe. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders.

 

4. I have my own ultrasound picture. Can you utilize it to recreate my scan with updated dates and other relevant information?

Certainly! We would be more than happy to assist you with redesigning your scan. If you have any specific instructions or requirements, please provide them during the order placement. To proceed with placing an order, please click here Custom-Order, to initiate the process.

 

5. Is it possible to make changes to the product after I have received it?

Absolutely! We want to make sure your order is perfect. If you would like to make any changes, please let us know before we send out your order. Each order is custom-made with love and care, and once it's on its way, we won't be able to retrieve it. We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, and we'll be more than happy to help.

However, please keep in mind that making changes to your scan will require us to recreate it from scratch, which takes about an hour. So, if you'd like any modifications, please place a new order, and we'll ensure it's done with all the love and attention it deserves.

 

6. Do you happen to have a variety of ultrasound products available for purchase, or do you primarily focus on digital options?

We are delighted to offer a wide selection of ultrasound scans, including both digital and physical formats. This allows our customers to choose the option that best suits their needs and preferences.

7. Are these ultrasounds printed on a real thermal ultrasound paper?

Our ultrasound scans are printed on high-quality glossy photo paper rather than medical-grade thermal paper. This decision is based on cost considerations, as thermal paper can be quite expensive to print on. Additionally, glossy photo printing offers better durability, ensuring that your scan will last longer and serve as a beautiful keepsake.

8. Can I please see a sample, I’d love to purchase?

I would be delighted to provide you with a sample so that you can get a better idea of the product before making a purchase.
